3 Detox Waters to Debloat Your Stomach
They take less than 5 minutes, use ingredients you can find at any grocery store (hello, Walmart and Target), and they work even better when you drink them first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

Ingredients
Pineapple & Ginger

small piece of fresh ginger root

fresh or frozen pineapple chunks

Cucumber & Lemon

medium English cucumber
Juice of 1 lemon
Fresh mint leaves

cold water
Apple & Parsley
1/2
cup
fresh flat-leaf parsley
1
medium green apple

cups
cold water

extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
Pineapple & Ginger
Peel the ginger and cut into small pieces.
Add ginger, pineapple chunks, and water to a blender.
Blend on high until smooth (about 30–45 seconds).
Drink one glass (8 oz) on an empty stomach in the morning. Enjoy the rest throughout the day — it’s delicious cold!
Cucumber & Lemon
Wash the cucumber and slice it thinly (leave the skin on for extra nutrients).
Squeeze the lemon juice into the water.
Add the cucumber slices and mint if using.
Drink a glass (8 oz) first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Sip the rest throughout the day.
Apple & Parsley
Wash the parsley and apple well.
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth, about 45 seconds.
For a stronger effect, reduce to 2 cups of water and drink it all first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
