Instructions
Wash the beet thoroughly, peel it, and cut it in half. Then chop it into small pieces to make blending easier.
Add the almond milk, spinach, chopped beet, frozen strawberries, and banana into the blender.
Blend for 1 to 2 minutes until you get a smooth, creamy mixture.
Pour into a glass, add the chia seeds on top, and let it sit for a couple of minutes so they can hydrate.
