Chipotle dressing
This creamy chipotle dressing is one of those little secret sauces that makes everything taste better. It's quick, easy, and gives your food that toquecito Mexicano that we all love. Keep it in your fridge and you'll always have something to spice up your lunch or impress your guests.

Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar or white vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 chipotle peppers in adobo
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
Instructions
- Step 1: Add everything to your blender.
- Step 2: Blend until smooth.
- Step 3: Taste and adjust if needed — add more vinegar for tang or more chipotle if you like it spicy.
