Start by boiling water in a large pot. Add the spaghetti and cook for 8 minutes or follow the package instructions until al dente.
Drain the spaghetti and return it to the pot. While still hot, add the butter, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until everything is well combined.
If using frozen vegetables, cover them with water and rinse to remove excess ice. Cook in hot water for five minutes, then drain. If using canned vegetables, simply drain them.
