Blend the kiwi and cucumber with the water until smooth. You can drink it cold or at room temperature, preferably in the morning.
For Inflammation:
Remove the skin from the pineapple and cut one cup into small chunks. Peel the ginger and cut a piece about the size of your thumbnail. Squeeze the orange juice directly into the blender, add the rest of the ingredients, and blend.
Drink in the morning, preferably before breakfast. Do not take it more than three times a week and alternate with other recipes.
The Happy Liver Smoothie:
Peel the carrot and beet. Blend or run all ingredients through a juicer. Drink a maximum of 3 times per week — it is very powerful and your body needs time to process the detox.
