In a blender, combine onion, garlic, ketchup, mustard, chipotle peppers, black pepper, salt, chicken bouillon, cooking oil or mayo, and eggs until smooth.
Mix this paste into the ground turkey.
Heat a skillet with cooking oil over medium heat.
Use a spoon to scoop and shape the turkey mixture directly in the pan — it’s a little loose, but that’s how we keep them juicy.
Cook for about 6–7 minutes on one side, then flip carefully and cook another 5 minutes, until golden and fully cooked.
