Parmesan Crusted White Fish
This easy parmesan crusted fish recipe is ready in just 20 minutes. A delicious baked white fish served with buttery asparagus and sweet peas for a simple and elegant dinner.

White fish fillets

tbsp
mayonnaise
1/2
cup
grated parmesan cheese
1/4
cup
breadcrumbs
salt to taste
For the vegetables:
2
cups
asparagus
trimmed
1
cup
green peas
3
tbsp
butter
1
tbsp
lime
salt to taste
1/4
tsp
garlic salt
cooking spray
Instructions
Preheat the oven to
360°F (180°C)
.
Spread a thin layer of
mayonnaise on top of the fish fillets
.
In a bowl, mix the
grated parmesan, garlic salt cheese and breadcrumbs
.
Place the fish
mayonnaise-side down into the parmesan mixture
, pressing gently so it sticks.
Place the fish on
parchment paper
on a baking tray.
Sprinkle a little
salt on top and spray with the cooking spray
Bake for
about 15 minutes
, until the fish is cooked and the crust is golden.
How to Make the Butter Asparagus and Peas
In a skillet, melt
1 tablespoon of butter
over medium heat.
Add the
asparagus
and sauté for about
2 minutes
.
Add the
green peas
and cook for another
minute
.
Cover the pan and cook for
2 minutes
.
Add
2 more tablespoons of butter
, the
lime juice
, and salt to taste.
