Step 1: Prepare the Tuna Paste (3 minutes)Take a blender and pour in the drained tuna. It's very important that you drain the tuna thoroughly so the paste reaches the right consistency
Add:2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt1 tablespoon of mayonnaise2 tablespoons of jalapeño vinegar juice (juice only, without the peppers)2 tablespoons of fresh squeezed lemon juice3 pinches of black pepper
Blend everything until it becomes a smooth, creamy paste. If it seems too thick, you can add another tablespoon of Greek yogurt. The consistency should be similar to a pâté.
Pour the tuna paste you just prepared into a bowl. Now add:4 jalapeños in vinegar, cut into small cubes1/2 cup of white onion, finely diced1/2 cup of fresh tomato, cut into cubes
Mix very well with a spoon until all ingredients are fully integrated. The mixture should look consistent and flavorful.
Take the ripe avocado and cut it in half lengthwise (from one side to the other, not top to bottom).Carefully remove the central seed using a small spoon.
You need to use 1/4 of an avocado per person, so with the spoon, gently scoop out a small amount of avocado flesh, creating a cavity. Don't remove too much, just enough to make space without weakening the avocado's structure.
With a spoon, generously fill the avocado cavity with the tuna mixture. Distribute the mixture well so the presentation looks beautiful.
