I’m Laura, a Latina food and lifestyle content creator based in Chicago with 2 young sons I’m always hoping will eat more veggies, 3 cats who entertain me, and my husband who helps me juggle it all. From cooking recipes to cleaning tips and product recommendations, I create content in English, Spanish, and Spanglish.

My audience is very diverse & multicultural. It’s mostly made up of bilingual moms like myself who are looking for quick, healthy Mexican recipes and deals and products at supermarkets that are healthy and will save them money. 

 Throughout my career, I’ve been recognized for my contributions to the Hispanic community in the United States. From being featured as a Woman of Distinction in Health by La Opinión to being named one of the Latinos 40 Under 40 in Chicago, my goal has always been to be an authentic and helpful voice for my community of over 3 million followers.

Some of my favorite projects have been 

Walmart Campaign featuring Elf on the Shelf. It was a delightful experience to film, especially alongside my family. Combining our Mexican traditions with beloved American customs like Elf on the Shelf added excitement.

Warner Bros Batman Movie was an absolute thrill! Having a life-sized Batman statue in my home was an unforgettable experience. We whipped up some delicious Mexican hot dogs to celebrate the film’s release, adding an extra layer of excitement to the festivities.”

Food4Less Día de los Muertos campaign allowed me to infuse my Mexican heritage and traditions into my recipes —a true passion of mine. And it’s not just limited to one season! During the summer, I love serving up delicious BBQ ribs with a spicy kick of jalapeño, creating a fusion of flavors that resonates with both my culture and the season.

 I love partnering with brands to :
