Top Sirloin Steak: The Perfect Choice for Juicy, Tender Tacos

In an airtight container, place the finely chopped garlic cloves and oil.
Add the lager beer and soy sauce or Maggi sauce.
Incorporate the black pepper, salt, and your favorite BBQ seasoning. Mix well.
Submerge the steak in the mixture, layering alternate slices of meat and onion until the container is filled.
Cover and let marinate overnight or at least for one hour. The marinade will also help you to have a tender steak
Grilling Instructions for the Sirloin:
Use a charcoal or gas grill, if using charchoal maeg sure it’s nearly white to prevent the meat from burning. The steak will be ready in about fifteen minutes. The key is to flip it when you see the juices bubbling on the surface.
If you opt for a gas grill, ensure it reaches a high temperature to sear the meat, between 450 and 500°F.
