  • 2 cups of water

  1. Wash the apple and parsley thoroughly.
  2. Cut the apple and remove the core and seeds.
  3. Place all the ingredients into your blender.
  4. Blend until completely smooth and well integrated.
  5. Drink it on an empty stomach right after making it.

Tip: And that’s it! You don’t even need to strain it if you are using a good quality blender.
